MORNING RITUALS
Together, we will choose from one of a few self-inspired and community-sourced morning ritual suggestions. This exercise helps individuals and teams to create their day and shift from reacting to it.
TRANSFORMATIONAL VOCABULARY
Fine tuning the vocabulary we choose can literally be the secret to our biggest results. Too often, teams and invididuals subconsciously (and verbally) ask for the absence of the negative as opposed to the presence of the positive.
ACCOUNTABILITY
Empower a “buddy” or a system and instill how to benefit from someone or something that holds a mirror to our goals/actions. This exercise creates a self-driven system for teams and individuals to adopt accountability.

We will focus on what we will now create and who we are being in this world and on this team. This exercise re-integrates lessons learned throughout the course and prepares the community for achieving ultimate outcomes.
